- How do I place an order?
- When you have found a book or other item you like, it is easy and safe to buy it.
You can choose to order by our secure online ordering.
- Select the item which you want to purchase by clicking Add to Cart button.
- After selection, the item will be added to cart and button changes to Added to Cart
- If you want to select other items repeat step 1.
- After you have finished selecting all the items you wish to purchase, click "View Cart" link present on top of the page.
- After reaching view cart you can change the quantity of the selected items if you wish to. After changing quantity you have to press "Update Quantity" button. The total amount will then be displayed.
- Now you have to enter your personal details like name, address etc. At the bottom before "Submit" button there is a option to select your payment type. All you have to do is to click on the payment type to see the options. You can select "Cheque" or "Credit Card". Then you have to press "Submit" button.
- On selecting "Credit Card" payment type, you will enter a Secured Site where you have to enter your Credit Card no. and expiry date, etc
- Finally, you'll receive an email from us confirming your order receipt with complete details.
- Do I need to prepay?
- Yes, we would be unable to supply without the advance payment.
- Do you accept credit cards? And what are your other payment options?
- Yes we do accept payments through all major Credit Cards (like VISA, Master Card). We also accept Checks, Bankers Check/Drafts or International Money orders, in US Dollar or their equivalent in any convertible foreign currency in favour of UBS Publishers’ Distributors Pvt. Ltd.
- What are the different modes of dispatch? And how much do you charge for shipping and handling?
- Since we do business largely through the web, we know how important it is for our customers to get their orders fast. Therefore orders are dispatched by AIRMAIL, SEAMAIL SAL ( where applicable ) and COURIER (FedEx, UPS, DHL) on demand of the customer.
- Is it safe to use my credit card?
- We use a secure payment gateway. Entire information you give us about your card travels in encrypted format on the net.
- Is there any minimum value of one single order.
- We require minimum single order of $ 35 ( including mailing ). In case the value of your order is less than $35 we shall supply it gladly by charging the minimum value.
- How can I find out the status of my orders
- Log into the site with the user name & password assigned to you.
- Click on my account and then view orders you have placed. You can see the status of all the orders you have placed so far on us.
- How can I change my password
- Log in with your user name & existing password.
- Click on My Account and select Change my user password option.
- In case you forget your password, you can ask us for a new password which will be mailed to your email address registered with us. Password will not be given through any other mode of communication
- Return & cancellation policy
- We shall accept the return only in case of wrongly supplied order
- We accept cancellation of your order happily but before that we must ensure the current status of your valued order. We would be unable to cancel the order, once it leaves our Warehouse.
